Terms and Conditions

Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. We are not responsible for typos, non-matching colors (Note that when looking at the colors of a computer image, you’re looking at an ideal version. Because of color modes, the image can never accurately translate to a printed image) or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. The customer is fully responsible for approving the final proof and layout before we begin printing.

Prairie Unlimited is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, or finished product size. We seek customer approval before making any changes. Therefore, if the client approves the mock up (verbal, written, or by email) and the product has been done, the sale is final. Returns are not valid if the client changes his or her mind. For that reason, the product must be paid in full.

If any dispute occurs (eg. use of original artwork, third party intellectual property etc) and legal action is necessary, the customer agree to indemnify Prairie Unlimited in full against all actions and claims, liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses) for which Prairie Unlimited may become liable for or incurred by Prairie Unlimited howsoever arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with our use of the Custom Design. This essentially means that the customer promise to cover in full Prairie Unlimited losses if we were to be sued because of your Custom. Because each printed piece is customized and the customer approves the artwork before we begin printing.

The customer further grant other Prairie Unlimited consumers the right to use the Custom Design to create other products. The customer agree and understand that he or she shall have no claim against Prairie Unlimited or any other party in the event a Custom Design similar to yours is used or designed.
